Chess Club
Do you want to learn the game of chess?

Practice with others and hone your skills? Come join our chess club, welcome to all ages and experience levels. Feel welcome to bring a chess set as well!

Minecraft meets Mario meets awesome meets you at your library! Design and build your own video games using the Bloxels building system. Build a physical design using colored blocks, capture it on a device and then play your video game. Coding, storytelling, team building and creativity!

Game Nights: Pathfinder Campaign

1st Saturdays, 3-5 pm, Geared to ages 11-18 (October 7, November 4, December 2)

Come learn how to participate in an RPG (Role-Playing Game) or show us your mastery. Start your character here or bring your favorite.
Make It At the Library

3rd Saturdays, 10-11:30 am, Geared to ages 8 and up (October 21, November 18, December 16)

Have you ever built a dinosaur out of cardboard? Taken apart a toaster? Seen a 3D printer in person? You could be an expert tinkerer or someone who has never used a screwdriver. You could be starting kindergarten or looking for something to fill your retirement. This event is for all ages so join us at the library for a time of collaborative building and exploration.
Game Nights: Choose Your Own Game

3rd Saturdays, 3-5pm; Geared to ages 11-18 (October 21, November 18, December 16)

Grab your friends and your favorite board, table or card games and let’s play. Play Munchkin, Ticket to Ride, Settlers of Catan or bring a new game for us to try.
Teen Hangout
1st Tuesdays, 4-5 pm; Geared to ages 11-18

Come unwind from school and hang-out with your friends! Enjoy activities that include computers, games, crafts, college prep classes and much more. Snack is also provided.

Bring a friend and your NERF gun and let’s battle. Join us after hours to run through the library and claim the victory. New scenarios each time you attend. NERF ammunition provided by the library.

Musical Bell Club
Mondays, 4-5 pm; Geared to ages 11-14

October 30; November 6, 13, 20, 27;

Come join us for a musical fun time! We are going to learn how to make some music with Musical Bells. These are colored bell instruments that make beautiful music. This class is a 4-week course that you must register for. We will be ending the session with a performance of Christmas music for December Delights. Space is limited, so sign up today and reserve your spot! This session starts on October 30th and ends with a concert for this year’s December Delights. Instruments provided!
