Twice Told Tales

in the Post Falls Library

Hours: Monday - Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Twice Told Tales is a unique bookstore with all proceeds dedicated to the Post Falls Library. You never know what treasures you will discover, but you can be certain you will find a pleasant atmosphere and well-organized shelves full of reasonably-priced books. Most of our paperbacks are $1.00 and most of our hardbacks are $2.00.

There is a lot of turnover of inventory, but the volunteers who staff the store have longevity. They love customers and have pride in knowing all the store's profits go to benefit the library. If you are in the mood for a good book and a friendly face, stop by 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., any day of the week.

Just like you, we love the Post Falls Library! We are delighted to help fund the library's special projects beyond budget needs and to participate in library and community projects in every practical way.

Some of the many projects we support include:

  • Program supplies and refreshments
  • Summer reading incentives for children
  • Special family music programs
  • Speakers and performances
  • Special shelving
  • Teens and children’s furniture
  • Sound Systems
  • Staff Professional Development
  • Library Specialty Art (Neon artwork in Teen area and children’s area, commemorative rock and Totem pole)
  • Bookstore remodeling
  • And much, much more

As a non-profit organization, we are volunteers and we invite you to join us at our meetings, the last Tuesday of every month (except for December & August) from 10 to 11 a.m. We look forward to seeing you there!
