What is the CIN?

The Community Library Network includes 8 libraries. We share a library catalog with 21 additional libraries in the “Cooperative Information Network”.

Use your library card to check out items from all 29 Libraries.

  1. Place a hold on the item to be checked out. Log into your CIN account or call your librarian.
  2. Choose any listed library location to pick up your item.

We will search a vast national database to request your material from other libraries. Request an InterLibrary Loan .

Suggest a Purchase

  1. Log into your CIN account
  2. Go to “Your Account”
  3. On the left margin, select “Your purchase suggestions.”

There are no fines for late books! Simply return or renew your items to keep checking out materials.

How to Renew

Renew by phone, in person, at self-checkout stations, or log into your CIN account .

Due Dates

“Most Wanted” materials have a 7-day loan period with no renewals. These items cannot be placed on hold.

Books, audio and music CDs, and magazines have a 28-day loan period and may be renewed twice if there are no holds.

STEAM kits, DVD series, and holiday books have a 14-day loan period and may be renewed twice if there are no holds.

Video games, Blu-Rays, and most DVDs have a 7-day loan period and may be renewed twice if there are no holds. Each cardholder may check out five games and also have five games on hold at a time.

T-Mobile Hotspots, Roku, & Apple TV have a 7-day loan period and may be renewed twice if there are no holds.

STEAM Kits for Classrooms

Educators checkout ready-to-build kits specific for each grade, K-6. Kits include tools and programming ideas for an entire classroom working in small groups of 3-5 students, or 7-10 students working independently.

Ask for a youth librarian to introduce the kits in your class (30-45 minutes) or contact a youth librarian to arrange pick up/delivery. Keep the kits for up to one month. First-come-first-served.
